General Quality Policy
The General Management of CMV Plásticos, S.A. declares that the quality in the commercialization of distributor pumps and spray guns and in the manufacture of containers, valves, caps, lids and high-precision parts in thermoplastic material, by injection and the manufacture of jars and bottles by blowing or blown-injection (PET), are among its highest priorities and for this reason it is committed to:
a) identify and satisfy the requirements of its customers efficiently and economically.
b) analyze the external context in order to determine risks and opportunities.
c) carry out the risk analysis: detect the failure, the consequences and determine the proposed actions in the fight against those risks.
d) establish, document and communicate annually and at the relevant levels the quality objectives of CMV Plásticos, S.A. coherent with the present policy and with the analyzed situation, trying to achieve the maximum awareness and orientation of the personnel of CMV Plásticos, S.A. to get them.
e) apply the UNE EN ISO 9001 standard in all its work together with the legislation, regulations and quality standards, which in each case is applicable to the work carried out.
f) Foster in employees a sense of responsibility with respect to the quality of work, as well as train and motivate them for the proper development of their tasks.
g) Promote the selection of suppliers for CMV Plásticos, S.A. that apply quality management systems.
h) control and evaluate the progress in the quality of CMV Plásticos, S.A. in all your tasks.
i) develop and keep up to date a quality management system and continuous improvement in processes and products for our customers.
j) Promote staff training as a tool for continuous improvement.
k) Ensure that the personnel of CMV Plásticos, S.A. receive initial and recurring training on the legal and regulatory requirements stipulated by the Spanish Agency for Medicines and Health Products and by the UNE EN ISO 9001 standard and apply them in all their work, together with any other legal, regulatory or normative requirement that in each case is applicable to the work carried out.
l) apply the principles:
l.1) of just culture (just culture) promoting the communication by the personnel of non-conformities related to the work carried out, ensuring both the secrecy of the information received and that the personnel will not be unduly punished for informing or cooperating with the investigation of the aforementioned non-conformities.
l.2) equity, avoiding discrimination based on origin, religion, race or any other cause.
l.3) of sustainability, satisfying the needs of the present without compromising the capacity of future generations, guaranteeing the balance between economic growth, care for the environment and social well-being,
l.4) to improve the environment, reducing the production of waste through repair, recovery, reuse and recycling.
m) provide the necessary technical and human resources to achieve all of the above.
CMV Plásticos, S.A. With this policy, it intends to increase quality, competitiveness and sustainability and reduce waste, from manufacturing processes, small-sized and high-precision assemblies in thermoplastic material and achieve a feeling of satisfaction among its employees for the quality of the work carried out.
